2. About Us We are Dogs Boutique, offering high-quality dog treats, toys and accessories. We are registered in Scotland, and our shop only delivers within the UK.
3. Orders

When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase our products. We’ll confirm receipt and let you know if the order is accepted.

You must provide accurate details for us to process your order (name, address, payment).

You can cancel or amend your order at any time but we may not be able to refund for handmade/bespoke products if they have already been made to your specifications.
4. Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT.

Prices are subject to change, but once your order is confirmed, the price you paid is fixed.

Payments are made securely via our Shopify checkout process.
5. Delivery

We ship only to mainland UK addresses.

We aim to dispatch your order within 48hrs (5-7 days if your order includes handmade items). We don’t guarantee specific delivery dates.

You’ll be notified of shipping costs before confirming your order.
6. Cancellations and Returns

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel and get a full refund, provided the items are returned in original condition. This refund policy is not applicable to handmade and bespoke items which are final sale.

We have the right to refuse your refund if products are not returned to us in resalable condition.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and you must return items within 14 days of receiving them. We recommend including a note of your name and/or order number within your return parcel for ease of processing.
7. Warranties and Liability
