Do you deliver internationally?
No, I currently ship within the UK only.
Currently this is UK mainland (not including NI).
How much is delivery?
- Local delivery (EH54 postcode): free
- Standard UK shipping: from £3.95 (calculated at checkout based on weight)
- Shipping to UK mainland only
How long does delivery take?
- Standard shipping: 3-5 working days (sent via Royal Mail Second Class)
- Handmade items: Allow extra time (up to 10 days) as these are made to order
You’ll receive an email when your order is dispatched.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
Check your email for a dispatch confirmation. If you haven’t received one within:
- 72 hours (5 days for handmade items) – email me and I'll investigate.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Yes, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Returns must be posted within 7 working days. 🚫 Final Sale Items: Custom, made-to-measure, and sale items cannot be returned.
How do I return an item?
- Email humans@dogsboutique.co.uk to request a returns form.
- Send the item back in its original packaging, including your name and order number.
- Returns must be posted at your own cost via a tracked/signed-for service.
When will I receive my refund?
We’ll process refunds within 48 hours of receiving your return. Funds typically appear in your account within 3-4 business days (processing times may vary by bank).
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email humans@dogsboutique.co.uk with photos of the issue. If we need the item returned, we’ll cover postage costs and arrange a refund or replacement.
Where do you source your products?
We source from trusted suppliers worldwide, prioritising UK-based small businesses wherever possible. Every product is carefully chosen for quality and value - if I wouldn’t use it myself, I won’t sell it!
