Do you deliver internationally?

No, I currently ship within the UK only. Currently this is UK mainland (not including NI).

How much is delivery?

Local delivery (EH54 postcode): free

Standard UK shipping: from £3.95 (calculated at checkout based on weight)

Free delivery on all orders over £50.00

How long does delivery take?

I aim to dispatch ready-made items within 48 hours. Standard shipping is via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Handmade or personalised items are made to order and have a 7–10 day make time, followed by up to 48 hours for delivery once dispatched.

This means you should allow up to 12 days in total for handmade or personalised orders to arrive. Most orders are quicker, but this is the maximum timeframe to expect (especially at busier times of year).

What if my order hasn’t arrived?

Check your email for a dispatch confirmation. If you haven’t received one within 72 hours (10 days for handmade items) please email me and I'll investigate. All orders are sent via a tracked service, so if you received your dispatch confirmation, you should be able to check the Royal Mail website for updates.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes, you can return an item/order if it's unused and in its original condition/packaging. I ask that you action this as soon as possible after receiving your items, but you must notify me within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must then be posted back to me within 14 days. I regret that I cannot cover return postage costs unless the item is faulty/damaged.

How do I return an item?

Send the item back in its original packaging, including a note of your name and order number.

Returns must be posted at your own cost via a tracked/signed-for service.

When will I receive my refund?

I'll process refunds within 48 hours of receiving your return. Funds typically appear in your account within 3-4 business days (processing times may vary by bank).

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email humans@dogsboutique.co.uk with photos of the issue. If I need the item returned, I'll cover postage costs and arrange a refund or replacement.

Where do you source your products?

I source from trusted suppliers worldwide, prioritising UK-based small businesses wherever possible. Every product is carefully chosen for quality and value - if I wouldn’t use it myself, I won’t sell it!
