Trusted Trainers
I’m very lucky to work alongside a brilliant group of UK-based dog trainers who I genuinely trust and happily recommend.
These partnerships aren’t just about sharing my products — they’re about connection. Learning from experienced trainers, supporting other small businesses and making it easier for dog parents to find ethical, force-free dog training they can feel confident about (something I care deeply about).
Whether you’re looking for general training support, help with a specific behaviour or want to try a new activity with your dog, the trainers listed below have you covered. Each one has been carefully chosen based on their approach, experience and commitment to doing right by dogs and their people.
✨ Extra perk: When you work with any of my trusted trainers, you’ll receive 10% off at Dogs Boutique, and that discount still applies even after your training sessions have finished.
Are you a UK-based dog trainer?

Elite Pet Care Dog Training - Marion Heggie
Specialising in working with Cockapoos and Doodles.

Cockapoos and Doodles are energetic, intelligent dogs that often present unique training challenges. Through my years of professional experience working with these breeds and first-hand knowledge from my own Cockapoo, Benji, I understand their needs well.
I love to work with new puppy parents, so that they can get their pups off to the very best start. I also really enjoy working with dogs with behavioural struggles, where getting to the heart of the issue is really important, so that we can devise the best training and behaviour modification plan.
I provide customised 1-2-1 training sessions at clients' homes or in their local area, wherever they are struggling with their dog’s behaviour. This approach means that we can effectively identify the issues and work to resolve them in the actual situations that they are occurring.
My approach is always reward-based, kind, and ethical. It is really important to me to look at the dog and human in front of me. So, each session is very much tailored to the individual needs of the dogs as well as their humans.
I am accredited with the Animal Behaviour Training Council (ABTC)and have also been awarded one of the ‘Three Best Rated’ dog trainers in West Lothian for the past 3 consecutive years.

With over 25 years experience living and working alongside dogs, Mark and Mandy bring a practical and compassionate approach to behaviour and training. Their journey has been shaped by decades of hands-on experience with rescue dogs, fostering, rehoming and supporting dogs with a wide range of backgrounds and challenges.
At the heart of their work is a strong belief that every dog arrives with a story. Understanding those stories, and adapting training to suit the individual dog in front of you, is central to their ethos.
Alongside lived experience, they have a solid academic foundation in behavioural science, including a BSc in Life Sciences with a focus on behaviour, further study in biological psychology and ongoing professional development through leading canine education providers. This includes specialist training in scent work, puppy development, canine cognition and emotion, and Behaviour Adjustment Training (BAT).
